The two colors PC LED tube needs co-extrusion crafts. For this line, it equips one 65/28 22kw extruder and another 50/28 11kw extruder. The co-extrusion ensures the profile with two color. We adopt 2500mm long and 600mm width calibration table. For the haul-off machine, it is two belt haul-off method.It ensures the cover and bottom LED light tube fix each other greatly. At the end, we have cutter unit and stacker for lying the finished PC profile.
