Based on their need, we suggest double strand pipe extrusion for them. The double strand can extrude two pipes at the same time. It can increase the output for two times. Our motor drive are Siemens and the extruder throughput can be up to 400kg/h. Our vacuum tank is full of watering nozzles. The pvc pipe goes through the tank. The vacuum and water will make the pvc cool and become round and hard. Our haul-off machine adopt double belt hauling. It has enough force to put the pipe forward. On its behind is cutter. The two cutters work together. It has encoder to control the cut pipe with same exact length. Our trial running of the line is very successful and make our customer satisfied.
