• Multi-Layer Extrusion
The most of PP-R Pipe are made as multi-layer pipe. One of the reasons for is that the pp-r pipes are used in different condition. Different layer provides different character for certain usage. Based on requirement we tailored different extruders combination and fulfill the layer demand and the line speed.
• Gravimetric dosing unit
Gravimetric dosing unit provides a constant quality of multi-layer pipe extrusion even under high line speed. It is used widely in the high-quality extrusion, because it builds control circle between computer, extruder and haul-off. In the production situation like large volume or high-speed extrusion. The gravimetric dosing helps man control the product quality and save the cost.
• High speed calibration
With high-speed calibrator the pipe can be shaped faster, and the surface quality will be better than conventional bronze calibrator. Length of calibration tank is mainly up to the size of pipe and our engineer will tailor the whole line according to customers’ demand.
• Belt Haul-off
The belt haul-off machine fit the ppr pipe extrusion best. The Dimension of ppr pipe is not very big usually not larger than DN110 and the extrusion speed could be relatively high.
• Direct Cutting
Suitable for PPR-Pipe Cutting Concept with its character like high-speed cutting and cutting for small pipe diameter.
