Why test running is Important.

After finishing of our 315HDPE Production line, a test running was arranged to ensure that every part and the whole extrusion process works well. After 1 hour of test production a perfect working is proved and ready for delivery.

Why test running important

Every machine made by Langbo should have a test running. Form the engineer’s point of view. This is one of the important ways to guarantee a delivery of a well functional machine. In this article we try show you why test running is so important.

The bathtub curve shows a failure rate of machines during the whole lifecycle. The part with red rectangular is known as early failures. It is called infant mortality period, also known as the early failure period. It means, for the new assembled machine, no matter it is a well proved design or not, there is a high risk for failure when the machine runs for the first time. The failures in this period are caused by manufacturing defects or installation issues. For new designed equipment, the design flaws or improper start-up procedures could also cause failures.
