We build production tailored for customer’s demand and the main pipe diameter. Our customer produce HDPE Pipe most frequently with diameter range from 225mm to 400mm. After discussion with customer, we offered and delivered our tailored solution with diameter range from 160mm to 500mm, which guarantees a potential to production expansion and controls the coat of the line.
Energy saving concept
Permanent Magnet Synchronized Motor saves at least 5% Energy consumption compared with asynchronized motor. Frequency inverter controlled vacuum tank keeps the vacuum status constantly and a smart running for pumps. This energy saving group is proved by several applications.

The professional matching of motor and screws influences the throughput service time and energy consumption of a extruder. Here we chose motor screw combination for low speed and high throughput. We managed to balance a wide product range and long service time.
